MANODU is built for safety-sensitive journeys. That means minimum data, clear purpose, and zero misuse.

We do not sell user data. We do not run ads. We do not profile users.

1. Information we collect

Basic identity

Name, mobile number, and booking contact details.

Trip data

Pickup & drop locations, timing, luggage and persons count.

Live location

Tracked only during active booking, never otherwise.

2. How your data is used

  • To assign a verified partner
  • To calculate transparent pricing
  • To provide navigation and live tracking
  • To handle emergencies and disputes
  • To improve service quality (aggregated, non-personal)
Your data is used only for the service you explicitly request.

3. What we never do

No selling of personal data

No ads or third-party profiling

No access after booking ends

4. Partner data access

Partners see only what is required to complete a booking: pickup, drop, contact name, and journey timing.

They do not see your history, other bookings, or private details.

5. Emergency handling

If you trigger the Emergency button:

  • Alert is sent to MANODU Admin only
  • Booking & partner details are visible
  • Event is logged for audit
  • Partner is not notified automatically

6. Data retention

We retain booking and payment records as required by law. Live location data is discarded after trip completion.

7. Your control

You can request:

  • Account deletion
  • Correction of personal details
  • Clarification on stored data

8. Policy updates
