These terms explain how MANODU works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you — in plain language.

By using MANODU, you agree to these terms.

1. About MANODU

MANODU is a premium in-city assistance service. A verified partner accompanies the customer from pickup to destination, assists with luggage, travel, and language support where required.

2. User eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book directly
  • You may book on behalf of someone else (family, elders, guests)
  • Information provided must be accurate and truthful

3. Bookings & payments

  • All bookings are 100% prepaid
  • Minimum booking value is ₹100
  • Prices shown in the app are final
  • No cash payments or pay-after-ride options
Prepaid model helps ensure partner accountability and service safety.

4. Cancellation & refunds

  • Cancellation before partner arrival: allowed
  • Cancellation after partner arrival: 10% deduction
  • Cancellation after journey starts: no refund

These rules reflect the red-carpet nature of the service and the partner’s time commitment.

5. Partner responsibilities

  • Arrive at pickup location on time
  • Assist with luggage and travel throughout the journey
  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior
  • Provide basic language assistance if needed

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Treat partners with respect
  • Do not request illegal or unsafe activities
  • Follow applicable local laws during travel
  • Do not misuse the emergency feature

7. Emergency handling

  • Emergency button is available during active bookings
  • Triggers alert to MANODU Admin only
  • Partner is not automatically notified
  • All emergency events are logged for audit

8. Service limitations

  • Service is currently limited to within-city travel
  • One partner is assigned per booking
  • MANODU does not provide medical or security services

9. Suspension or termination

MANODU may suspend or block accounts in case of:

  • Repeated misuse or abuse
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Threats to partner or platform safety

10. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of MANODU indicates acceptance of updated terms.
